Demand Generation Manager

Location: US Hybrid

Type: Full-time | Enterprise Cybersecurity | Build and Run the Marketing Engine from Scratch

ISARA is an innovative leader in quantum-safe cryptography, helping enterprises and governments define their crypto risk before quantum computing renders current encryption obsolete.

The market is moving quickly. Organizations are beginning to understand the risk, regulators are paying attention, and the window for leadership is now. ISARA has a first-mover advantage in this space and intends to capitalize on it.

We are hiring our first dedicated marketing operator to build and run the go-to-market engine that turns that advantage into awareness, marketing pipeline, and enterprise adoption. The opportunity is exciting: building out the marketing program from it’s early stages.

This role is about creating and harvesting demand with best-in-class execution, speed, and ownership.

You will be the primary marketing operator initially, working closely with the executive team, and marketing advisors. The high-level marketing strategy is taking shape. Your job is to execute it quickly, measure results, and continuously improve the system.

About the Role

We need someone who moves fast, produces content quickly, launches campaigns with an eye for detail, and measures performance while also thinking strategically:

The marketing strategy focuses on 3 core pillars:

Inbound and content marketing to educate the market on quantum risk and drive organic demand inbound to the website

PR and brand awareness to establish ISARA as the authority in quantum readiness and capitalize on our first mover advantage

Field marketing to support industry conferences and executive-level engagement, specifically enabling Sales to generate opportunities and drive them to close

This role owns marketing execution end-to-end. From content generation to campaign launch to performance monitoring and optimization. You will work directly with the executive team, sales leadership, and advisors to ensure marketing programs consistently generate qualified marketing pipeline and enterprise engagement.

What You’ll Own

The Marketing Engine and Pipeline Goals

Build and run ISARA’s marketing engine from the ground up, with a focus on generating consistent marketing pipeline. This includes building systems that drive inbound traffic, convert visitors to leads, and move prospects into the enterprise sales funnel.

Establish benchmarks and reporting for blog performance, content engagement, inbound conversion, and marketing-generated pipeline.

Content and Inbound Demand

Create and maintain a steady cadence of content that drives inbound interest. This includes blog posts, landing pages, technical explainers, thought leadership articles, and social media content in all media forms for distribution.

Content should target key topics at the top, middle, and bottom of funnel strategically.

Social Distribution

Operate ISARA’s social presence, particularly LinkedIn, which is the primary channel for reaching enterprise security leaders.

This includes publishing thought leadership posts, promoting content, and amplifying company announcements.

You will collaborate with our internal design resource to produce visual assets that support these campaigns.

SEO / GEO and Organic Growth

Execute a search strategy that ensures ISARA content appears in both traditional search results and emerging AI-driven discovery environments.

Build and optimize blog content around high-value keywords and continuously monitor organic performance.

PR and Brand Awareness

Support PR initiatives, announcements, and industry visibility efforts that position ISARA as a leader in quantum-safe cybersecurity in partnership with a PR resource.

Field Marketing

Support ISARA’s presence at key cybersecurity conferences and industry events with messaging, content, and campaign support.

Marketing Ops and Performance
